About Us
The Center for Campaign Innovation tests cutting-edge tactics and tools in real-world campaigns, helping political professionals adopt effective, technology-driven strategies and fostering a culture of innovation in the conservative movement. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and creative Digital Marketing and Community Manager to help us expand our reach, promote our research, and engage our audience through digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute strategies for X and LinkedIn to promote research, events, and content while identifying new engagement opportunities.
- Email Marketing: Draft, design, and distribute email campaigns using Mailchimp, including segmentation and performance analysis.
- Writing: Create blog posts, summaries of events, and occasional reports to highlight the organization’s initiatives and findings.
- Event Marketing: Drive turnout for in-person and virtual events and manage virtual event logistics.
- Website Management: Post pre-written content, update visuals using stock images, and create graphics using Canva.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing-related role.
- Proficiency with Canva, Mailchimp, and Webflow.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity to explore new ideas.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to distill complex topics into accessible content.
Work Environment
- Hybrid role based in the Washington, DC area (Northern Virginia).
- Reporting directly to the Executive Director.
